Return Policy

There are NO returns on decorated items, please order carefully. We will only accept a return if we shipped defective merchandise, or if we made a mistake with the embroidery or screen printing. Please note that all orders are double and triple checked with the customer prior to processing. Please ask any questions prior to final customer approval.

1. Altered garments are not returnable.
2. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
4. Returns must be authorized by Embroidery Wear House.
5. Claims without a RA# will be refused.
6. Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
7. Item must be sent freight pre-paid.

Please allow up to 10 business days for credits to be processed.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Order cancellation can only be made before shipment. Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect. If digitizing process has been completed, this fee will not be refunded.

State Of Michigan Sales Tax Exemption

If you are ordering from within the State of Michigan 6% will be applied to all sales. Sales tax exemption certificates are required prior to processing. No tax credit will be given without proper authorization.

Shipping

We use UPS and USPS priority mail, just let us know which you prefer, or we will determine this in your best interest. Overnight shipping is available at an additional charge.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and money orders. Credit cards out of the USA are not accepted. Personal checks must clear prior to the processing of your order. Please note that we will charge $25.00 for any returned checks. Sorry, we cannot offer COD or net terms.
